Recently, customer representatives from Turkey visited Haifei’s intelligent welding equipment manufacturing base for an on-site factory inspection. Accompanied by the Haifei team, the Turkish customers toured the production workshop, machine assembly area, commissioning and testing zone, welding sample display area, and part of the automation equipment demonstration area.

The customers paid close attention to machining accuracy, assembly procedures, workshop management, project lead time, and overseas service support. The customers also raised questions about machine operation, maintenance, production efficiency, long-term operating costs, and sample testing arrangements. Both sides had in-depth discussions based on real project needs, providing useful direction for later machine selection and solution confirmation.
